Air Worthy and AES announce a partnership toward excellence in aerospace engineering.

Air Worthy, Italian Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation, and Aerospace Engineering Solutions (AES), leading EASA Part 21J Design Organisation Approval (DOA) provider, are delighted to announce a dynamic joint venture agreement.

Under the combined expertise of AES and Air Worthy, this venture seamlessly integrates the strengths of both companies in aircraft safety, design, and modifications. By harnessing AES's unparalleled EASA Part 2J scope of approval and drawing on Air Worthy's unwavering commitment to continued airworthiness, we're paving the way for a streamlined process in serving airlines and aircraft leasing companies with their aircraft modification needs.

A formalised meeting took place at Air Worthy's office in Lodi, Italy, on 11 September 2023, where both companies came together to chart a path toward excellence in aerospace engineering services.

Present were notable representatives from AES: Anton Heissig, Director and Lola Lahoz, Deputy of Head of Airworthiness, and from Air Worthy: Gabriele Brescianino, Accountable Manager, Lucia Soffientini, Continuing Airworthiness Manager, and Samantha Orsini, Customer Relationship Manager.

Samantha Orsini kicked off the meeting with an insightful presentation about Air Worthy and a comprehensive dive into Air Worthy's history, unparalleled CAMO services, team structure, and unwavering commitment to excellence, led by Gabriele Brescianino and Lucia Soffientini.

One common thread that ran through the meeting was the shared mission of both companies – a relentless commitment to delivering high-quality services with proven integrity and attention to detail. Quality assurance is a top priority for AES and Air Worthy, a cornerstone of their partnership.

The highlight of the meeting was the vision of a partnership gearing up to offer a comprehensive CAMO+DOA "package" to their customers, delivering a one-stop solution for their aviation needs.

Already taking tangible form, the first collaborative project to kick off soon, where Air Worthy will tap into AES's DOA expertise to support Avionics modifications, exemplifying this partnership's proactive and dynamic approach.
